Do you guarantee score increases, account removals or funding approvals?
No. TrueNorth provides education and consulting only. Credit bureaus, creditors and lenders make independent decisions, and accurate current information cannot be removed simply because it is negative.
Is TrueNorth a credit repair company or lender?
TrueNorth is positioned as a financial education and readiness consulting firm. We do not lend money, sell third party credit products, settle debt, manage investments or promise removal of accurate credit information.
Do you work only with clients in San Antonio?
No. Virtual consultations may be available to clients throughout Texas and other eligible locations.
What happens during the consultation?
We discuss your goals, current concerns and the primary obstacles affecting your next step. You may receive preliminary education and recommendations based on the information available.
Should I send my Social Security number or sensitive documents by email?
No. Do not send full Social Security numbers, account numbers or identity documents through ordinary email or the website form. Secure instructions will be provided when documentation is needed.
How long does credit improvement take?
There is no universal timeline. Reporting cycles, creditor responses, documentation, balances and individual behavior all influence the process.
Do you provide legal, tax or investment advice?
No. TrueNorth provides educational and consulting services. Clients should consult appropriately licensed professionals for legal, tax, investment or other regulated advice.
